Services

Individual therapy 50-minute session fee is $195

Family and couple therapy 50-minute sessions are $235

I approach the first few sessions as the space to assess for therapeutic fit. I feel that 15 minute consultations are not enough time to learn about your story, hold space for the feelings that come up, or for clients to get a feeling for my therapeutic style in response.

If there are more questions prior to scheduling, feel free to email me. If there are unique circumstances, I may be able to do a brief call before scheduling the first session if it is helpful.

Limited income based sliding scale appointments are an option. Income verification is needed to apply.

24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment or there is a charge of the full fee.

PAYMENT

I take cash, checks and credit cards. I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide you with an invoice called a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. 

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?  What are my out of network benefits?  

• How much will be covered per session? Is couples therapy covered?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
